With decades of experience working in the non-profit world, including independent schools, small to medium-sized non-profit organizations, and start-ups, I bring a deep understanding and breadth of knowledge about strong healthy organizational leadership and governance. I served as a Head of School for many years, started new organizations and programs, and have held leadership positions on multiple non-profit boards.

I am committed to helping professionals build and sustain authenticity and to encourage the same of those around them. Building your professional life with intention and heart is at the core of my approach.
